The overall experience was fantastic! The customer service was great. The room we stayed in (Rm 210) was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were very good from the workout room to the pool and spa. The breakfast was so good as well! To have biscuits and gravy was just the top of the crop!

Exceptionally hygienic/clean (& I'm a RN), very large room with a mini refrigerator & microwave, which we appreciated. The bathroom/ shower/bathtub was extremely clean, & the tile & tub was literally shining. The walls are obviously thick as it's silent- we heard nothing, despite it being close to full. The staff was exceptionally kind, helpful re: the area, & welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding, extensive, & delicious. My husband & I absolutely love this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Hot and fresh with many items to choose from including beverages. Customer service was excellent. Best shower I've ever had. I did not want for anything. Everything I could want or need was provided. Beds were comfortable. Room temperature was easy to control. After 3 nights, I didn't want to leave. Also, I liked the security feature for the side doors by needing your room card to enter.

Very nice hotel, perfect location for Shawnee, Merriam, OP and short drive into the city. Hotel was clean, modern, comfortable and included a hot buffet breakfast each morning. This will definitely be our 'go to' hotel when returning to the area.

Everything was mostly good. Breakfast was adequate. The room was clean and comfortable despite a heating problem.

I liked the cleanliness, the fact it was close to the interstate, so it was easy to get where we needed to go. Breakfast and coffee was good. Beds were comfortable.

Our family fell in love with the hotel from the moment we stepped through the doors. We immediately noticed the pleasant and clean smell. We were then greeted by the front desk personnel who asked our preference on which floor we'd like to stay on!

I like how nice the property was, the front desk staff was amazing! Very accommodating! The pool and hot tub were very comfortable!
